Happy Release Day - Need Your Love!

It is release day for my third novel, Need Your Love!

Get Need Your Love directly from JMS Books!

Dedication:

For Tina, whose love and devotion to me surpasses my writing career and encompasses most parts of my life. Thank you for taking me under your wing and helping me make Need Your Love the story it was meant to be.

Acknowledgements:

My husband always tops the list of acknowledgements. Thanks to his ongoing support, and sometimes taking on extra chores around the house so I can write or edit, Need Your Love is finished today.

My number one beta readers are my mom and dad. Extra thanks to Dad this time, first of all for proofreading gay sex scenes. Dad also helped out with much of the information needed to make the golf scenes authentic. Becky Condit rounds out a list of much appreciated beta readers this go around.

The House of Manlove Critique group has been a huge influence in the development of my writing over the last two years. While I didn’t send this manuscript through the weekly critique system, I tried to apply much of what I have learned from them on other projects. A few of the members beta read the first version of this novel and helped me shape it into the version you read today. In alphabetical order: Genna Donaghy, J.T. Hall, Skye Jones, Jon Keys, Kate Lowell, Chris McHart, Jenna Wade, and Heloise West.

And once again, a huge thanks to everyone at JMS Books, LLC for their support of this novel and my writing career.

Blurb

In June, 1966, ACLU attorney Eron Lassiter attends his uncle’s wedding, and makes an unsettling discovery. Though he’d bowed to family pressure and has a potential marriage planned, his long-ignored attraction to other men roars to life when Garrett Emerson, the bride’s nephew, captures his attention.

After serving in the Korean War and going to college later than his peers, upwardly mobile Garrett is a loan officer at a local bank. For his girlfriend, fiancé in her mind, he can’t climb fast enough. But none of that matters to Eron, and maybe that’s why Garrett’s so drawn to him.

Can Eron and Garrett find happiness amidst the still pervasive culture of propriety, honor, and expectation in the 1960s?

You can also pre-order from Amazon and it will be delivered to your Kindle on December 6!
